  • Certifying in the company’s annual financial statements whether the company has filed the required returns and notices in terms in terms of the Companies Act, and whether all such returns and notices appear to be true, correct and up to date
  • To confirm that the company has complied with its obligation regarding the filing of the annual returns as per the Companies Act
  • Submissions of CIPC annual returns
  • Ensuring that the Company’s annual financial statement is sent, in accordance with the Companies Act, to every person who is entitled to
